Payment Terms

Once agreed on service contents and conditions, I will issue an online invoice by email. Please pay by a credit card to confirm the booking.

  • When I receive the payment, I will send you the booking confirmation immediately.


Attention

 ・Guide’s standard working hours are 8 hours/day between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, but starting/ending time is flexible. Please check my calendar and reach me through CONTACT FORM.

  • If you need my service for multiple days, a 10% discount is applicable to the prices on the 2nd day onwards.

  • If your tour plan exceeds standard working hours, I add an overtime fee at a rate of Japanese Yen 5,800/hour. Overtime fee is applicable only in case both parties agree on it at the time of the booking. Due to traffic jams or congestion, I would not charge the overtime fee.

  • Prices include a 10% consumption tax in Japan.

  • Meeting location has to be within my area, which is Karuizawa,Saku,Miyota,Komoro. I can also pick you up at your hotel if it is in the area.

  • End location: Your hotel or any other place in the area.

  • Gratitude for a guide is not necessary (It’s your option)


Reservation


 ・I do not offer restaurant reservation service. I will book restaurants for our guests as a free service only during the tour or when I can join them.

  • If you are joining any experiences, please pay your fees at the facility. Please prepare cash in case they do not take a credit card.


Cancel Policy


Any cancellation by you must be initiated by telephone to me at +81-80-9281-6134 OR by email to karuizawa.en.tour@gmail.com. I will acknowledge your cancellation by email.

If you cancel booking more than three days before the commencement of the service to be provided to you, I will refund full amounts. No refunds if you cancel on or less than three days before the commencement of the services to be provided to you. (So, if the service is planned on Friday in Japan, the deadline for the cancellation is Monday 24:00 PM of the same week, Japan time.)

If I cancel your booking after you receive my booking confirmation, for any reason, I will refund the 100% of the deposit (I owe all money transfer expenses) and all the costs for extras, if any, to you in full.

    -Of course.

    Discounts are available for multi-day tours. Maximum hours I can work in a day is 8 hours..

  • Is it possible to accommodate large groups?

    -It depends on the number of people.
